Terms of the contract

The services of the www.solarenergy-expo.ro website are offered by S.C. CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL. LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") exclusively to persons who agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Ticking the box "I accept the terms and conditions" represents the user's agreement to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the site and has the value of a contract between S.C. CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL and the user.

Permitted use

The user agrees that he has authorization from the Provider only to visit and/or hold a copy of the pages of this site strictly for his personal use and that he will not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this website for any purpose other than to review the information on the events, for personal or company use. The content and software on this website are the property of S.C. CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL. and are protected by Roman and international copyright laws.

Description of the services offered

S.C. CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL. It offers for sale tickets to the SOLAR ENERGY BUCHAREST SUMMIT event, which will take place on September 23, 2022 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest. The purchase of tickets is made online or by payment order and represents the value of the participation and meal services, as described in the presentation pages of the site.

The value of a ticket can be paid by natural or legal persons. The person for whom the ticket is purchased will be nominated in the order form. Entry to the event is made only by proof of purchase of a ticket.

The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per order, if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the hall.

 

Ticket Return and Refund of tickets

Postpone or cancel the event:

1. In case of postponement (date and /or time), change of location or change, the organizer will announce the conditions for the return of the amounts paid, in compliance with the rules in force.
2. In case of cancellation of the event, the participants will receive within a maximum of 30 days the amount paid in advance.
3. If the participant is unable to come in person, he or she may give another person the right to participate. Amounts paid by people who do not participate for personal reasons are NOT refunded.

 

Limitation of liability

CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL does not assume in any way and in any sense responsibility for the content of the presentations sent by the sponsors or partners of the event.

All copyrights, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights in all texts, images or other materials on this website are the property of CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL or are included with the permission of the rightful owner.

The brands, logos, characters, photos, videos that appear on this website belong to CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL.

Final conditions

The user has the obligation to provide real and correct information about his person, when requested, subject to exclusion from the database.

The data required in the registration forms will be used to transmit information about the event and to process invoices, payment documents or contracts necessary for participation in the event.

The participants' data will not be made public on www.solarenergy-expo.ro website, but will be used to send news through email correspondence or the event newsletter.

The user agrees by ticking the box "I accept the terms and conditions" with the taking of photos during the event and publishing them on the www.solarenergy-expo.ro website, in press releases or on social networks belonging to the event. If the participant does not want to be included in the photo gallery of the event, he/she is kindly asked to send us this request to the address contact@solarenergy-expo.ro
