You can get to the event location by public transport, by car or by car sharing services.
Entrance to the event is via entrance C1, at the intersection of Libertății and United Nations Avenues.

Go to the website under TICKETS, select the type of ticket you want and the number of tickets. Your e-ticket will be generated as soon as you select the desired ticket type. You will receive a QR code on your registration email, which you are kindly requested to keep in electronic format to show when entering the event. Based on it you will receive a personalised badge with your name and company name. It is important that you fill in the names correctly, although they may be changed at registration if the ticket is passed on to another colleague.

Invoices are issued automatically after filling in the fields in the TICKETS section. Mention the company name and CUI to receive the related tax invoice. This will be sent to the email address of the person who filled in the registration form

If you do not wish to purchase your ticket by credit card, please ask us to issue a pro-forma invoice to contact@solarenergy-expo.ro. After payment, we will issue a tax invoice.

You can change the name of the person attending both before the event and when entering the conference room. Access is by non-nominal ticket, which contains a QR code and is personalised on the spot.

Your ticket includes all the benefits to enjoy a great experience at the Solar Energy Bucharest Summit. The entrance fee is different from ticket to ticket. What your ticket includes as well as ticket options can be found in the TICKETS section of the website.

Your company benefits from free promotion on the event website in the Participants section, included in the ticket purchase price. After purchasing your ticket, you can send us your logo to contact@solarenergy-expo.ro and it will be uploaded on the event website
