Sebs 2025 takes place at the Palace of Parliament. Situated in the center of Romania's capital, the building has a floor area of 365,000 square meters and ranks first in the world in terms of administrative buildings and third in terms of volume in the World Book of Records. The Parliament Palace is the heaviest and most expensive building in the world, using 1,000,000 cubic meters of marble and 3,500 tons of crystal. You can get to the event venue using public transport, your own car or car sharing services.
Entry to the event is through entrance E1. You can find the map here.
Go to the section TICKETS, select the type of ticket you want and the number of tickets. Your e-ticket will be generated as soon as you select the type you want. You will receive the QR code in the email you used to register, which we kindly ask you to keep in electronic format to show at the entrance of the event. You will receive a personalized badge with your name and company name. It is important that you fill in the names correctly, although they may be changed at the time of registration if the ticket is passed on to another colleague.
Invoices are issued automatically, after filling in the fields in the TICKETS section. Mention your company name and CUI to receive the corresponding tax invoice. It will be sent to the e-mail address of the person who filled in the registration form
If you do not wish to purchase your ticket by credit card, please request a pro-forma invoice at contact@solarenergy-expo.ro. After payment, we will issue a tax invoice.
You can change the name of the person attending both before the event and when entering the conference room. Access is based on a non-nominal ticket, which contains a QR code and is personalized on the spot.
Your ticket includes all the benefits to enjoy a great experience at the Solar Energy Bucharest Summit. The admission fee is different from ticket to ticket. What your ticket includes as well as ticket options can be found in the TICKETS section of the website.
Your company benefits from free promotion on the event website in the Participants section, included in the ticket purchase cost. After purchasing your ticket, you can send us your logo to contact@solarenergy-expo.ro and it will be uploaded on the event website
